Workers have been briefed on the risk assessment, safe work procedures, and adequately trained according to the Method Statement.
Workers are equipped with proper PPE required for the demolition operation.
Structures have been cleared by a competent person for safe demolition.
Underground services have been identified and diverted/cut off before demolition.
Falling objects have been removed, and proper netting/canvas provided to hold debris.
Area has been barricaded and warning signs displayed.
Glass, asbestos-containing materials, cladding, and external architectural fittings have been removed.
Noise and dust mitigation measures are in place prior to commencement of demolition.
Machinery and equipment are in good condition.
Adjoining buildings/structures have been reviewed and any identified risks controlled.
Adequate lighting is provided (including emergency lighting).
