General Information

A. ITEMS FOR EXCAVATOR CHECKS - 1. GENERAL

*1.1.Operator is fully acquainted with the Operator's Manual before operating this machine.

*1.2.Windows are undamaged and clean.

*1.3.Electric horn is functionable and effective.

*1.4.Rearview mirror is undamaged and intact.

*1.5.Swing flashers built into the counterweight are intact and effective.

*1.6.Safety device lock is effective to ensure that controls are locked when the operator enters or leaves the cab.

*1.7.Multi-display monitor check satisfactory.

*1.8.No other damaged or broken parts.

*2. ENGINE - 2.1.Diesel level in fuel tank

*2.2.Water level in radiator tank

*2.3.Oil level & condition

*2.4.Oil leakage check

*2.5.Water leakage check

*2.6.Fuel leakage check

*2.7.Air cleaner

*3. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM - 3.1.Hydraulic oil level & condition

*3.2.Control valve oil leakage check

*3.3.Rotating joint oil leakage check

*3.4.Piping oil leakage check

*4. ELECTRIC SYSTEM - 4.1.Fluid level in battery

*5. ATTACHMENT - 5.1.Appearance / loose connection

B. EXCAVATOR REGISTERED AS LIFTING MACHINE

*1. Original hook with safety latch (To be processed, if applicable)

*2. Load capacity chart displayed

*3. Accurate load indicator (able to show the operator the working radius, safe working load and gives a warning signal when radius is unsafe)

*4. Lifting gear (eg. Chains, hooks, etc) possess valid AP tag number or embossment (traceable to valid AP test certificates)
