All electrical hand tools and equipment have been inspected, certified, and labeled by a Licensed Electrical Worker.
Ladders have been checked by a competent person on a monthly basis, and the 'Safe for Use' tag is attached.
All dangerous parts of equipment and tools are securely guarded.
Signage and barricades are provided at the work area.
Good housekeeping is maintained on-site.
Adequate lighting is provided (including emergency lighting).
No incompatible works are being conducted in the surroundings.
