Handover Checklist
Please check the following items. Select Yes - To indicate OK; No - To indicate not OK ; N/A - To indicate against conditions that are not required
Floor
No excessive brush marks on the painted floor
Check for wear and damage, particulary where one material meets another
Doors
In closed position, all doors lead and frame are aligned
Fire rating label is affixed to the door
Ease in opening and closing of doors
Interior Surfaces
Check finished surfaces for dirt, finish failure and required repairs
Check all joints in ceramic tile, lamintated plastic and similar surfaces
Check caulk or grouting around bathtubs, showers and sinks
Windows
Check for broken glass and damaged screens
Check weatherstripping for damage and tightness of fit
Ease in opening and closing of windows
Walls
Check if walls are painted correctly
Check if painting or varnishing is uniform
Others
*Confirm if units are defect free
