Valid Lifting Machine (LM) certificate is available.

Valid periodic maintenance report for lifting equipment is available.

Crane operator's daily check is completed.

Lifting supervisor's daily check is completed.

Crane is set up on firm ground with access in accordance with PE design.

Crane is at a safe distance from excavations or trenches.

Lifting gears are in good condition and traceable to valid LG certificates.

Overhead dangers have been checked.

Warning signs and barriers are provided.

Work area is cordoned off to prevent unauthorized access.

Certified lifting personnel are conducting the operation.

Lifting plan has been communicated to the lifting crew.

Risk Assessment (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP) have been briefed prior to the commencement of work.

Lifting Plan Checklist

RA and SWP have been submitted and briefed.

Description and dimensions of loads are provided.

Type and maximum Safe Working Load (SWL) of the crane are specified.

Lifting accessories used, and certificates are attached.
