General Information
Items to Check - A. Engine
*1. Oil, water and fuel topped up to safe levels.
*2. No sign of oil, water or fuel leakage.
*3. Proper fan belt tension
*4. Air receiver clean
B. Hydraulic System
*1. Hydraulic oil topped up to safe level.
*2. Control lever and valve in good working condition
*3. Pump is in good working condition
*4. Motor is in good working condition
*5. No sign of oil leakage for hydraulic pump, motor and cylinders
*6. Control valve, rotating joint and piping oil leakage
C. Electrical System
*1. Fluid level in battery is acceptable
*2. Instruments in working condition
D. Safety Devices
*1. All the crane's controls are functioning properly (without load)
*2. All the crane's safety devices are functioning properly.
*3. Condition of boom and jib and hooks are satisfactory.
*4. Linkages, swivels, pins and other retaining devices are in position.
