Piling Operator Checklist

General Information

Items to Check - A. Engine

*1. Oil, water & fuel topped up to safe levels.

*2. No sign of oil, water or fuel leakage.

*3. Filters are clean.

*4. No unusual noise or black shoot emission.

Items to Check - B. Hydraulic System

*1. No sign of oil leakage from pump, motor, cylinder, valve, etc

*2. Hydraulic oil topped up to safe level.

*3. Pump, motor, control lever & valve in good working condition.

Items to Check - C. Electric System

*1. Fluid level in battery is acceptable.

*2. Electrical system is in working condition.

Items to Check - D. Safety Devices

*1. Limit switches are in working condition.

*2. Braking mechanism is effective.

Items to Check - E. Attachment

*1. No signs of damage to main parts (eg. boring rig).

*2. Adequate lubrication to moving parts & joints.
