Items to Check
*1. A valid LM certificate available and display on the diver cabin.
*2. Operator of the piling machine is trained and competent to handle the machine
*3. Workers working with the machine adequately trained to work with the machine
*4. Operator protected from falling object, steam, cinders
*5. Other workers working with the machine provided with adequate PPE, such as helmets, ear protectors, proper footwear, gloves, etc
*6. Ground condition at the piling area stable
*7. Safety measures such as shoring, bracing or other means in accordance with the design of a professional engineer.
*8. Area of driving operation well and including borehole barricaded?
*9. No defects or damage signs to the lifting gears, lifting appliances, hammer and other parts of the piling machine
*10. No defects or crack lines on the concrete piles to be driven
